TURNING WASTE INTO BUILDING SOLUTIONS

PIONEERING MATERIALS FOR MORE SUSTAINABLE BUILT ENVIRONMENTS

At New Fibers, we are revolutionizing the built environment with our groundbreaking materials, crafted entirely from recycled waste. Our innovative solutions merge sustainability with superior design, offering architects, contractors, and interior designers the best of both worlds.

Our processes produce 50% less CO2 than other similar materials such as plywood or formica

POLYROCA

POLYROCA is an innovative plastic panel made from 100% recycled and recyclable LDPE, sourced from post-industrial laminated cardboard waste—like beverage cartons, food packaging, and other discarded materials. It’s designed to provide sustainable, long-lasting solutions for a wide range of architectural and design applications.

Available in three thicknesses and seven colors, POLYROCA is a versatile material for a wide range of interior and exterior applications. Its durability, structural integrity, and ease of machining allow it to be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of projects. It can be worked using standard wood and metal cutting tools, including CNC machinery, making it ideal for architectural applications, partitions, solid surfaces, retail environments, and exhibition structures.

POLYROCA is fully recyclable, reinforcing our commitment to circular design and environmental responsibility. Custom colors are available upon request for larger projects.

OUR PROCESS

How we turn waste into circular materials

At New Fibers, we are committed to designing, developing, and offering new, high-quality materials made of recycled waste. Our goal is to produce circular materials through low-impact transformation processes.

SORTING AND PREPARATION

In the sorting and preparation phase, we meticulously scrub and grind the collected plastic waste to separate it from paper and other materials. The prepared materials are grouped into different production batches based on their unique qualities, allowing us to tailor the subsequent processing steps to achieve optimal results.

GRANULATION, COLOR, AND ADDITIVES APPLICATION

During the granulation stage, the LDPE is transformed from flexible film into small, uniform plastic granules. This step also allows us to incorporate colorants and specialized additives. These carefully measured additives are mixed into the granules, ensuring that the final product meets aesthetic requirements and all performance characteristics.

BOARD TRANSFORMATION

In the board transformation process, the granulated plastic undergoes a significant change as it is subjected to heat and pressure, converting it into solid boards. This process ensures that the LDPE is properly molded and retains its intended shape, producing a consistent and high-quality product ready for your application.

CUTTING, PACKAGING, AND QUALITY CONTROL

The final step involves rectifying the solid boards into the proper dimensions, followed by a thorough quality control assessment to ensure that each board meets stringent standards for consistency in thickness and performance.
